I do not impose someone, and the more you their menu and do not encourage anyone to eat as I do as I do! Every man for himself chooses!
I'm just sharing my experience and tell I'm losing weight.
This cheese soup, we eat often.
Grab the recipe.
We need:
- 1 chicken breast pieces,.
- carrots and onion,
- potatoes 3pc.
- 2 cheeses fused type of friendship and a couple of tablespoons of soft melted cheese (I love Hochland).
If you do not use a soft cheese, then take the 4 cheeses "friendship", but with the addition of soft will taste better and how the tender and creamy).
- garlic (2-3 cloves), parsley.
Preparation.
Put the pan with water (about 2.5 liters).
How to begin to boil, add a medium sliced chicken breast, season with salt and throw a couple of peas allspice and leaf lavrushki.
In parallel, non-stick frying pan over a drop!!! oil fry the onion and grated carrot. To not burnt, add water.
Potatoes cut into small.
Once removing the foam from the broth, adding potatoes and frying.
Advise cheese rub on a coarse grater, so they are better disperse in the broth.
Once the broth comes to a boil again, add the grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of soft melted cheese, chopped garlic and herbs (dill, I add).
Stir constantly until the cheese gets going and cook over medium heat.
Once the cheese gets going, remove from heat. Be sure to check the readiness of potatoes in the soup.
