Festive potatoes in the oven. This is exactly the same recipe that they say, the simpler the tastier. With just 2 main ingredients, the result is a golden, delicate festive table potato that can be prepared for serving in small tins.
Recipe:
potatoes -1 kg
salt -1 tsp
butter -80 gr
It's simple. We clean the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 1 kg, now we pour water into the pan, bring to a boil and put the potatoes in the water, add 1 tsp. salt.
As it boils, cook for exactly 3 minutes, drain the water, let the potatoes cool slightly for 5 minutes and cut into slices.
Melt 80 grams of butter.
We take a suitable baking sheet, I have a diameter of 28 cm, grease with butter, put the potatoes in one layer, grease with butter, put the second layer, add a little salt and put another layer of potatoes and grease oil.
We put in the oven, cook until a beautiful golden color at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, be guided by readiness.
The potatoes are ready, can be served with meat, fish.
