On our site there is a recipe for fried pies with green onions and eggs on yeast dough. And if there is no time and you want to cook pies quickly and without hassle, then use this recipe. The dough is kneaded with kefir, without yeast, and therefore it takes only 5-10 minutes to "rest". It is only suitable for frying. In such pies, you get a lot of filling and little dough, while it is airy and thin.

For the test:
Kefir - 180 ml.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Wheat flour - 2.5 st.
Soda - 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
For filling:
Chicken eggs - 8 pcs.
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Green onions - 50 gr.
Salt to taste
Additionally:
Vegetable oil for frying - 300 ml.
Step by step recipe:
We prepare products according to the list. Kefir is suitable for any fat content. Sour cream in the filling can be replaced with mayonnaise.
Start with the filling as the eggs still need to cool.
Rinse eggs, cover with water and boil hard boiled. Cool, then peel.
To prepare the dough, combine kefir with soda in a bowl, stir. Leave it on for 5 minutes.
Then add the egg, vegetable oil. Season with salt and stir until smooth.
Enter flour. Knead first in a bowl, then on the table. You should get a soft dough, not as steep as dumplings, but slightly sticky to your hands. Place it back in the bowl, cover with a napkin.
Finely chop the eggs, as well as the green onions, which are thoroughly rinsed beforehand. Add sour cream to the filling so that it is juicy, salt and mix.
We make pies. Cut a piece from the dough, roll the sausage and cut into pieces. Roll them in flour.
Spreading the filling on a juicer, gently pinch the seam in the middle. Shape all the patties.
Heat the vegetable oil, keep the heat low. Place the patties in the pan, seam side down.
When browned, turn over to the other side. Fry until tender, for another 5-6 minutes. Put the finished pies first on a napkin, then transfer to a common dish or plate.
Do the same with all semi-finished products.
Serve to the table immediately, in the heat of the heat.
These pies with egg and green onions are perfect for breakfast, become a hearty snack, and brighten up any first course at lunch.
