I continue to adhere to the planned plan - my goal is to weigh at least 70 kg. (Previously thought to stop at 80, but there is no)
1300 calories a day and exercise I hope will lead to my purposeful.
Well, for breakfast I have today eggs from two eggs and rye toast with fish paste (20 g).
In the morning cheer Jasmine Green Tea, to which I added dark chocolate 75% (15 g).
And do not forget to drink during breakfast vitamins.
my breakfast turned on 405 kcal.
Today I did earn a computer and forgot the snack. when has come round, just took rye bran (25 g), and thereto is mandatory bottle of water. The work on the shabby little bran - a sweet deal is, and how useful! And what I used to not like bran, do not understand.
Snack rye bran (25 g) - 55 kcal.
I have not thought through in advance menu for today, and therefore not as she could not think of what to cook for dinner. But chicken breasts got unfrozen.
Now it adds up all the way that I decided to recall the pots and cook in them -That.
Lunch - chicken breast with potatoes and squash in a pot (350 g of finished product) - total 270 kcal.
Plus a salad vegetables: tomatoes (60 g), cucumber (10 g), seasoned with a drop of olive oil.
Total for dinner turned out at me 330 kcal.
Plus, green tea a few dried apricots stuff after lunch - 45 kcal.
All day today, virtually I spent at the computer, and only managed to take a walk in the afternoon to shop.
A dinner I patties from chicken breasts with cheese and salad: cucumber (160 g) and radish (100 g), filled with 25 g of 10% cream.
Dinner came to 265 kcal.
And all turned out for the day 1100 kcal.
After dinner - walk, wound about 10,000 steps.
