Cooking method:

Peel the avocado, mash with a fork (if desired, you can add salt and add lemon juice - I do not add). Cut the fish into thin slices. Put the avocado puree on one half of the bun, put fish slices on top. Put only slices of fish on the second half of the bun. Put the avocado-fish and fish bun on a plate, lay out the scramble omelette with cottage cheese, and drip the sauce.
