Today there will be a very simple recipe, it will take very little direct participation, just a few minutes.

I am preparing the most tender, very tasty chicken breast. Suitable for sandwiches, and for salad, and on a festive table.

In 500 ml of cold water I add 1 teaspoon of top salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. I stir so that the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.

I fill in three chicken fillets with a solution, it is necessary to fill in so that all the pieces are in the water.

Cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better overnight. Salted water will do wonders, chicken breast will be so soft and tender, almost melting in your mouth.

My fillet stood in the refrigerator all night. I take it out on a plate and dry it with a paper towel.

I put the oven to heat up to 220 degrees. Prepare the marinade for baking.

Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, preferably smoked. Smoked paprika will need a little less, it is spicy.

I mix everything well and rub the chicken fillet with the mixture.

Let the fillet stand in the new marinade for another 15 minutes and put it in the mold.

I bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, then, without opening the oven, turn off the heat and let the breast cool completely in a closed oven. I cut the finished breast into thin slices.

The breast is very tender, juicy and soft. Suitable for breakfast and a festive table.
