Today I wanted to cottage cheese biscuits, so I'll cook! A recipe I have a simple and fast, but as it turns out delicious! Burn more!

Ingredients for the pastry:

Cottage cheese - 400g
Egg yolks - 2 pcs
Margarine for baking - 100g
Flour - 250-300 gr
Sugar - half cup 
Salt - half teaspoon 
Soda - 1/4 teaspoon 
Vanilla to taste
Powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)

The first thing you need to wipe the cheese through a sieve, that there are no lumps.

Now to the pureed cottage cheese add egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla. Thoroughly stir.

Pour the mixture into curd melted margarine and begin to slowly add flour mixed with soda. Flour may need a little more or less - it depends on how wet you take cheese, as well as the size of the yolks.

We should have cottage cheese dough, which almost does not stick to hands. Roll out it into the formation a thickness of about 3 mm.

Now we make the dough roses in any way that you know. You can collapse the stretched dough rolls, cut into pieces, and one side edge a little pinch.

Cookies spread on a baking sheet, which must first lay parchment and ship in a preheated oven (t 130 degrees). After 20-30 minutes, cottage cheese biscuits ready. Top I like to sprinkle more sugar. Enjoy your tea, my dear!
