You can mix 450 g premium flour and 50 g whole grain flour.

- Knead the dough.
- This dough can be refrigerated for up to three days.
- Leave the dough for half an hour at room temperature.
- Moisten your hands with water and mix the dough.

- Add olive oil and stir in the dough in the same way.

- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, preferably a day.
