Sausages in dough are very fond of my dad. And when he plans to come to visit, he calls and asks if it is necessary to "grab" a package of sausages with you)) In 5 minutes I have the dough ready. An hour later, the dish is already on the table. Dad is pleased. And I, of course!
A very simple recipe that I and my husband's parents used to surprise me. In the video below, this recipe and two more also interesting recipes. Look - you will like them too.
HOW TO COOK:
Here, of course, it is very important to choose the "right" sausages. After all, the taste of the dish is very dependent on the taste of the sausages. But the dough also plays an important role here. And I noticed that you can even compensate for not very successful sausages with a tasty dough))
So the dough. I call it "lazy dough". The simplest recipe. Anyone can handle it.
Sift about 600 g of flour into a bowl and add a bag of dry yeast. In total, up to 700 g of flour can usually be used for the dough. But I do not add all the flour at once, it is better to add it later.
I take yeast that is added directly to the flour. But you can also use compressed yeast - then they need to be diluted in warm milk. But dry ones are easier to work with.
I add sugar, salt, vegetable oil to the flour with yeast and pour in warm milk.
I knead a soft dough. So that the dough does not take excess flour, I moisten my hands with vegetable oil and collect the dough into a lump.
I leave it under a towel in a warm place for 40 minutes. Or you can put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (if, for example, you do not urgently need baked goods, but only in the evening, for example). In the refrigerator, such a dough will also rise perfectly and will not peroxide. Sometimes I cook the dough in the evening, put it in the refrigerator. And in the morning I bake.
• Sausages - 15 pcs.
• Milk - 500 ml
• Flour - 600 g (approximately!) - may take more, depends on flour
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
• Dry yeast - 11 g (if fresh - 45-50 g)
I cut the dough into pieces and make long flagella, with a diameter of 1.5 centimeters. I wrap sausages with these flagella. Like this:
I spread the finished sausages on a greased baking sheet. Cover with a towel and let stand for 15-20 minutes. The dough will rise a little - and the products will be more magnificent.
Before baking, I grease the buns on top with a mixture of egg and milk. And I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. I bake for 30-35 minutes.
You can fry the sausages in oil. Delicious too! My husband loves such sausages. But I still like it more from the oven))
