Recently, I try to use mayonnaise as little as possible in salads, but sometimes I really want something mayonnaise, that I forget about everything and remember the salads that I ate with a large pleasure!
Today I will share with you a recipe for a delicious salad. There are a lot of ingredients, and each individually is already tasty, and you can combine all this, deliciously so that it is simply impossible to come off!
For the salad, we need:
- Chicken - 150-200 gr.
- Canned pineapples - 1 can
- Cheese - 100 gr.
- Walnuts - 50 gr.
- Garlic -2 cloves
- Mayonnaise
Boil the chicken breast.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. In any salad, I do not like when the ingredients are chopped coarsely, so we will not grind it so as not to turn everything into porridge, but it is also not worth chopping coarsely. It is better to grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Or, you can cut it into pieces like chicken.
Cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.
It is better to cut walnuts with a knife, because in a blender, it will turn into crumb, and in a salad it should be felt.
We put everything in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise.
Squeeze out a few cloves of garlic. The salad can be left in a salad bowl, or if you have rings to shape the salad, you can serve it in portions using nuts to decorate!
