Prepare dough for rolls (popover). The dough is the most elementary, preparing just a few minutes.
Two eggs in a bowl post. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Whisk agitated and pour 250 ml of milk. Milk I pre-warmed in a microwave oven to warm.
Add 30 g of butter, oil, I also melted in a microwave oven. Mixed.
150g sieved flour.
I knead the dough whisk well to avoid lumps. The result should batter.
Fill silicone molds for cakes just above half. Pre-greased molds butter.
If you use metal molds for cakes, each need to pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil and a good warm up in the oven. And then, in the hot molds to pour the dough.
Oven previously heated up to 210 degrees, at which temperature will bake rolls 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Each bun cut in half. Inside the hollow rolls, just for filling.
For the filling, I'll take cream cheese, cheese from my frozen yogurt (recipe can be found here https://youtu.be/7GQYhm-kLCI). I add a tablespoon of sour cream. I salt and pepper.
Add finely chopped dill, if desired, a small clove of garlic, squeezed through a press.
It remains to fill the buns stuffed with curd cheese and put a slice of salted fish.
So unusual and delicious, I have not filed a fish on a festive table. It is very tasty and not troublesome. Try to cook!
