Recipe godsend! This is a very tasty cake! You will not regret!

Ingredients for the dough:

200 gr. margarine or butter
250 gr. cottage cheese
3 eggs + one for greasing cake
1 tsp soda
3 tbsp. flour or more, how many will take the dough
pinch of salt

For filling:

0.5 kg of cabbage
0.5 kg minced
onion

salt
pepper

vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Peel and chop the onions.

2. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion.

Then add to the onions and stew minced put together.

2. Shred the cabbage very finely and place in pan.

Simmer stuffing on medium or high heat to evaporate excess moisture and to half cabbage.

Season stuffing salt and pepper. You can add spices, which I enjoy.

3. Margarine or butter, cut into pieces, mixed in along with curd and soda. Add salt.

Then drive the eggs and add flour.
Amount of flour varies depending on the variety, it took me about 2.5 cups. Sometimes it takes more than three glasses.

4. Knead the dough is soft and compliant. It should be able to look like a cross between a puff and sand.

5. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour to keep the dough stuck.
Roll dough into both sides of the layers 1 cm thick.

6. To grease a deep baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
The first layer of dough to put into a mold to form a rim.
Distribute the bottom mold with the dough and the filling of cabbage stuffing, cover with a layer of a second test.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
