Let's make the sun-dried tomatoes for the future with their own hands and in the kitchen. Wonderful appetizer budget and very easy!
Ingredients:
1.5 kg of tomatoes
3 tbsp. l. mixtures of herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary, or a mixture of olive Italian grass)
1 clove garlic
0.5 cup olive oil
2 pinches salt

Preparation:
1. Important! Tomatoes need a firm flesh. Watery and fleshy not fit.

2. Cut the tomatoes in slices or halves. You can cut slices or crowbar.
3. Cover the baking sheet with foil, brush with olive oil.
4. Turn on the oven and heated to 220-240 degrees.

6. Sprinkle salt tomatoes and herbs.
7. Lubricate or sprinkle tomatoes with olive oil.
8. Put the pan in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, including convection or door slightly open if it is not convection.
9. After 30 minutes, turn down the heat of the oven to 140-160 degrees. If your oven is not placed below 160 degrees - slightly open her to not dried tomatoes.
Continue jerk tomatoes for 1.5 hour.
10. Cut into thin slices peeled garlic cloves.
Separately ignited olive oil ready for pouring sundried tomatoes. But do not boil!
11. In the prepared clean, dry jar lay on the bottom of herbs and a bit of garlic.
12. Layers stacked in a jar sun-dried tomatoes, herbs and garlic.
13. Pour hot oil all (that it covers tomatoes), tightly screw the lid and turn upside down the jar.
Wrap until cool.
Store dried tomatoes in a cool dark place.
