Now I often cook for the festive table!
Hello friends! A few days ago, I shared a recipe for a delicious snack made from regular crab sticks.

And in the feed, I have already met several videos and articles with this appetizer (full copies of my recipe, not only the recipe, even my movements were repeated, they even picked up the same dishes ...). This means a good recipe)) Look at the link: I just unfold the crab sticks and fill in with butter: it turns out incredibly tasty, and few people can taste what the appetizer is from!
Today I want to share one more snack from the most ordinary crab sticks.
But I won't unfold them today. I will turn them into paste.
I put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind.
It turns out this is such a gentle homogeneous crab paste:
It remains to present it beautifully! You can take small croutons for the base (I like rye bread croutons more).
You can just use a salty cookie. I took crispy chips as a basis (friends from Poland sent a package of such blanks, I previously fried them in oil).
I spread the paste on the base using a pastry syringe. In the video below, I showed in detail how I do it. There are also 6 more snacks from the cheapest products for the festive table:
Ingredients for the pasta:
• Crab sticks (or crab meat) - 100 g
• Boiled egg - 1 pc.
• Hard cheese - 30 g
• Mayonnaise - 1 tsp.
I decorate the top with corn and microgreens. And you can serve on the festive table!
