Truffle cake, I will cook for the New Year's table 2022

Truffle cake. My dad really loves candy truffles, to please him, I baked this cake for his birthday. After taking a bite, he said it was the most delicious cake he had ever tasted. I decided to cook it for the New Year's table. I will tell you a secret, it is prepared in one click, there is practically nothing to tell.

Recipe:

for biscuit:

eggs - 2 pcs.

sugar -180 gr

vanilla sugar -1 pack

boiling water -100 ml

milk -100 ml

vegetable oil -100 ml

salt -1/4 tsp

baking powder -10 gr

vinegar 9% -1 tbsp

flour -130 gr

cocoa powder -60 gr

For the cream:

Cream fat content more than 33% -500 ml

bitter chocolate -300 gr

milk chocolate -100 gr

COOKING METHOD

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 180 grams of sugar, vanillin and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes. Measure out flour 130 grams, add 60 grams of cocoa powder, 1 pack of baking powder.
Pour 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of vegetable oil into the beaten eggs, mix and add the sifted flour with cocoa.
Now pour in 100 ml of boiling water, mix and pour in 1 tbsp. vinegar, mix the dough ready.


We take a thicket of a multicooker, grease it with oil, if you are not sure about your multicooker, cover the bottom with baking paper. Pour the dough, distribute.

We install the bowl in the multicooker. We turn on the baking mode, using the Master Chef Light function, we will change the temperature to 155 degrees, and reduce the time to 50 minutes. If you do not have such a function, watch the readiness during the preparation process. Thanks to uniform heating, the multicooker maintains a stable temperature in the bowl, resulting in a perfect biscuit.
After 50 minutes, we check the biscuit and open the lid of the multicooker, leave it for 20 minutes
and remove with the steam basket.
While the biscuit is cooling, prepare the cream.

Melt 400 grams of chocolate in a water bath, I take 300 grams of dark chocolate 100 grams of milk, you can change the proportion and add, for example, 2 to 2.

While the chocolate cools down to room temperature, whisk 450 grams of cream until persistent peaks, be careful not to beat the cream.
Now pour chocolate into the cream and mix.

It turns out like this cream

Divide the cake into 2 cakes, we only need one cake, the second can be wrapped in cling film and put into freezer, when you need to get out and prepare another cake like this, I'm sure you will definitely want it repeat.
We cut off the edges, I do this with a ring, where I will form the future cake with a diameter of 20 cm.

We put the cream and level it, put it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight, or better for a day, so that the cream grabs, the longer the cake is in the refrigerator, the tastier it is.

Now we take it out and sprinkle it with cocoa powder, I also decorated it with truffle sweets.
Cut with a hot knife, lower the knife into boiling water and cut the cake.
