My pumpkin has already been baked. The recipe can be found here β¬οΈ Combine baked pumpkin and Feta cheese in a plate, chop with a fork. Add finely chopped greens of young garlic, which grew on my windowsill.
Wash lettuce leaves, pat dry and cut into pieces. Add tomato slices, salt and pepper to taste, I did not add salt, Feta cheese is quite salty. Mix everything well. Put the salad in a serving ring, decorate with red seaweed caviar and microgreens.
