#kukpad4 Happy birthday favorite band!!! Kahaway or Australian salmon - this fish appeared on the shelves of our stores recently. It has very tasty meat, but it is very important to cook it correctly. So the dish will not only be tasty, but also very useful. This fish is best baked.

Kahawai baked in foil

Ingredients: kahaway carcass, carrot, sour cream, onion (large), salt and spices

Cooking method:

We cut the onion into rings. Thus, the dish is better soaked. Lay the onion on a greased foil. We clean the carcass of the kahaway, take out the insides, wash them, then rub them with salt, coat them with sour cream. We place it on the bow. Place onion rings on top again, sprinkle everything with spices. (I sprinkled spices for fish)

We clean the carrots, wash them, cut them into circles, put them on top of the fish. Next, cover everything with foil. At the same time, it does not need to be pressed against the fish. You need to try to leave a small gap.

We heat the oven to t 180 * C, put a baking sheet with fish there. After 20-25 minutes, you can already check the readiness of the dish. Open foil and let brown for another 10 minutes. Cook with love and bon appetit!!!
