In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

So, my weight on 11.10.2019 is as follows:

A week ago, the weight was 78.9 kg. As a result, as many as 800 minus Very good plumb to me now.

That's when I start to think that I would have to suspend the skin slightly tightened, so the weight starts to go even faster.

And the faster the weight goes, the more it is necessary to pay attention to the skin, because it does not have time to catch up. And I do not want to see in their aprons and sails from the skin. And all the advice (although I do not like direct advise, I just share my experience) to care for the skin immediately, and not leave it for later - say, the main thing to lose weight quickly, but losing weight, then think about the skin. I move on to the menu for the day.

Today for breakfast I have a sandwich on whole grain bread (45 g) with curd cheese (20 g) fish paste (40 g) and 35 g of salted chum.

Breakfast is turned on 320 kcal.

Since Saturday we are planning to go to Moscow, to wander through the shops, to call on a relative and get some rest, now I have to finish all of their working moments. Then cook something tasty goodies as for the relatives.

So I am working in emergency mode and a snack at the computer.

Yesterday cooked vegetable casserole with chicken breast and now it will be enough for a few days.

Decided today to have lunch is gratin - 300g - 300 kcal.

And for dinner I had chicken soup with pasta durum wheat.

I hesitated whether I eat soup for lunch, but decided that a lighter soup is just night and the casserole with vegetables well saturate at lunch and give energy to the evening.

Thus, dinner - chicken soup (350 g) and 50 g of ready-made noodles from durum wheat. It turned out to dinner 300 kcal.

The day was on 1240 kcal.

And here I am again at a crossroads. Weight out and I'm happy. But there is one thing. When the weight of the leaves and goes quite well, it does not always have time to catch up with the skin, to be perfect, or at least not conspicuous.-

I have once mentioned that he was thinking about a break to allow the body and relax the skin and in the meantime tighten.
