Agree, there is not always time, and the desire to cook, to waste precious time on something that can be done twice as fast, for example, pilaf. Yes, it can also be done easily and quickly, spending only 15 minutes, the oven does the rest.

For my "pilaf" I usually use chicken breast, cut it into small pieces and immediately sprinkle it with salt and spices. Let it marinate while I do the rest of the preparations.

The rest of the preparations include the preparation of the "frying". To do this, I cut the onion and grate the carrots with a grater. Saute vegetables in vegetable oil with salt and black pepper.

Next, I send well-washed rice and garlic cloves to a heat-resistant dish. I send fried vegetables to the top of the rice.

Next, I spread the pieces of meat on the vegetables. I fill it with water and cover it with a lid.

I send the form to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.

This is how you can quickly and tasty cook pilaf.

  • Parboiled rice 1 cup
