For my "pilaf" I usually use chicken breast, cut it into small pieces and immediately sprinkle it with salt and spices. Let it marinate while I do the rest of the preparations.
The rest of the preparations include the preparation of the "frying". To do this, I cut the onion and grate the carrots with a grater. Saute vegetables in vegetable oil with salt and black pepper.
Next, I send well-washed rice and garlic cloves to a heat-resistant dish. I send fried vegetables to the top of the rice.
Next, I spread the pieces of meat on the vegetables. I fill it with water and cover it with a lid.
I send the form to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
