Gazapkhuli salad
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers 2 pcs
- Green apple 1 pc
- Dill
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Salt
- Olive oil
Everything is quite simple here, cucumbers and an apple must be cut into strips, add garlic squeezed through a press and a little dill. Season everything with olive oil and mix well.
