Delicious, and nothing else. Highly recommend to cook all those who love mushrooms. The recipe I sent my subscribers will here the other day and decided to experiment, that they will turn out so tasty I did not even know. I had to go still looking for mushrooms in the store and cook just 2 servings to eat one's fill.

Chops oyster

Oyster mushrooms - 200g.

For the batter:

Egg 1pc.

-60ml milk. (3-4st.l).

Flour - 60g. (3 tablespoons no slides)

Soy sauce -1 tablespoon

-2 garlic tooth.

Sol -1 / 4ch.l.

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika - to taste

COOKING METHOD

Prepare batter. The split bowl 1 egg, pouring 60 ml of milk, put 1 / 4ch.l. salt, add garlic, black pepper, paprika, 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Add 60 grams of sifted flour. Batter should be thick, the consistency of the batter as pancakes.

Take 200 grams of oyster mushrooms, mud, dry, divide into florets, if the mushrooms are large, you can take one mushrooms. We barter small so I divide into florets.

Put mushrooms camouflage top with cling film, and slug repel the hammer only to mushrooms adopted a flat shape. We perform all the same with the other mushrooms.

The pan pour vegetable oil, warm up. Omit mushrooms in batter, giving a little batter to drain and put into a pan. Fry until golden brown on medium heat. They are fried quickly for about 40-50 seconds on each side. And remove from heat.

Serve at the table with vegetables, or as a separate dish with the sauce.
