The first thing I do is good I wash the potatoes in cold water. It is better to do this under the tap.

Then the potatoes need to be "heated". For this, washed potatoes pour boiling water and leave for 5-6 minutes.

After 5 minutes, I spread the potatoes on paper (or regular kitchen) towels and dry good.

And now you can fry. In a frying pan I heat some vegetable oil and put the potatoes. Fry over high heat minutes 7-8. You do not need to mix very often.

During this time, the potatoes have time to brown well. He's almost ready. Add chopped onions, a little ghee or butter and salt. I cook for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
