I really love fried cutlets, especially in bread crumbs. Yes, it is very tasty, but not very healthy for the figure and for the body as a whole. Therefore, you have to get out of the situation and come up with different options for dishes, so that it is not only useful, but also tasty.

Today is just such a recipe. I'm using minced chicken for this recipe.

I add finely chopped cauliflower thawed to the minced meat (you can replace it with broccoli).

I also add boiled rice and one egg, salt and spices, I use suneli hops. I mix the minced meat well and leave it aside while I prepare the vegetables.

For a vegetable pillow, you can take any vegetables, I have carrots, onions and garlic today. I pass them until half cooked, it is imperative to salt them.

Next, from the minced meat I received, I form cutlets and put them on top of a vegetable pillow. I pour in some water so that they only cover the vegetables.

Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

The cutlets are very soft and airy, juicy and very tasty. At first, the husband did not want to eat, because the fried ones seemed tastier to him, and then he could not tear himself away, he liked it so much.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 70 grams of cauliflower
  • 3-4 tablespoons of boiled rice
  • medium onions and carrots
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
