Today I want to offer you a recipe very delicate and tasty snacks from the simplest products that are always at hand. Any zucchini, young or old, is suitable for its preparation.
✨ You can cook such a snack in literally 20 minutes, and I'm sure many will like it! 🥰
📕Ingredients for making snacks: 🥙
Young zucchini - 2 pcs. (total weight 400-450 g)
Onions - 1 pc. (large size)
Carrots (medium size) - 1 pc.
A bunch of fresh dill
Processed cheese - 2 briquettes
Salt, pepper to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying

First of all, we clean and rinse the onions and carrots. Cut a large onion into small cubes, and three carrots on a coarse grater.
Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up well and pour the chopped onion first. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Then add carrots to it, mix. Fry vegetables for a few more minutes over medium heat.
In the meantime, the vegetables are sauteed, cut the zucchini into small cubes. If they are young, you may not need to peel them off. If the skin is already rough, then be sure to remove it.
We shift the prepared zucchini to onion-carrot frying. Stir and simmer everything over low heat until cooked. At the end of cooking, season with salt, sprinkle with a little pepper. You can also add a little garlic, but it turns out delicious without it.
Cool the vegetables. Add finely chopped dill and processed cheese to them. You can take cheese in briquettes, then you will need to chop it coarsely. This time I had soft cheese, in plastic jars - it also turned out to be a great snack.
We punch everything with a blender until a pasty consistency.
That's all, the appetizer is ready! It can be spread on bread or served with pancakes, pancakes, savory cheese cakes. We store the dish in the refrigerator in a hermetically sealed container. After cooling, the zucchini spread will taste even better.
