In one creepy children's animated series - "The Blue Tractor" is called - there is a "wild, but cute" hero - Professor Sour cabbage soup. He, along with a crowd of henchmen, sings a merry song. The chorus sounds like this:
- So that there are no acne on... ope, you need to eat a lot of vegetables!
I think every parent has heard this song now. Well, many children also sing it. Only here they refuse to eat vegetables. Rather, like - cucumbers with tomatoes just rush along the way. Kinders are ready to gnaw raw cabbage. But something vegetable turns out to be cooked for lunch, and a sour face appears over the plate with such an expression that you feel like a real sadist.
Honestly, I have tried many recipes for cooking vegetables, taking into account children's tastes. One of my favorites - here. We call it "Sidorovski casserole"
So let's take
• Carrots 2 pcs
• Onion 1 piece
• Zucchini large 1 piece
• Green pepper 2 pieces
• Tomato 3 pcs
• Light cheese 9 percent 150 gr
• Egg 4 pieces
• Milk 70 gr
• Greens
• Salt pepper
How we cook:
Cut carrots into thin circles
Next is a layer of onion rings
Zucchini, diced pepper, tomatoes
All this, laying in layers, salt and pepper. We send the oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Beat the mixture of eggs and milk (in fact, an omelet). We take out the vegetables, pour in and return to the oven for 6 minutes
Three cheese, sprinkle on the casserole and put it back on for 2-3 minutes to bake.
We take it out, let it cool and sprinkle with herbs.
Bon Appetit!
