Nobody is forcing us to eat oatmeal with almond milk, sprinkle it with chia seeds and fresh berries. Correctly food- is primarily a simple and useful products: cereals, vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, fish. No need to chase the advertised superfudami!
Summer and autumn brings us to use in your diet a huge number of seasonal fruits and vegetables. And you can prepare for the winter and make freezing most favorite vegetables.
Moreover, in order to lose weight on the PCB need to count calories and eat a small deficit of calories. And many do not get to eat food! Eg wholegrain hlebushek more expensive than usual (from 50 rubles. for small packages), but this package is enough for me 5 days! Avocados are constantly buy for action (30-50 rubles apiece) and grabs it to me the day 4. Another example, on the PP, we need to eat enough protein, and this in the first place - the chicken, the cheapest meat.
Adhering to proper nutrition and calorie deficit, we will not always something to shove in your mouth.
