✅👌Today I want to invite you to cook the most delicate cookies that are cooked without butter, sour cream or other fats! You don't even need kefir or milk - there are only 3 ingredients in the recipe for making this cookie.

✨ It turns out to be very soft in the center and appetizing crunchy at the edges. If desired, the recipe can be supplemented with nuts or berries - it will turn out even tastier! 🥰

✨ And cooking it is completely easy!

📕Ingredients for making cookies: 🥙

Selected chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Wheat flour of the highest grade - 0.5 cups
Granulated sugar - 0.5 cups

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Eggs for making such cookies need chilled, only from the refrigerator. Well, I think this is not a problem, they still store eggs in the refrigerator... Carefully break the shells of each egg and separate the whites from the yolks. We do not need yolks in the preparation of these cookies, but they will always come in handy when cooking yeast baked goods, cutlets, omelet, etc. Pour the proteins into the mixer bowl and begin to beat, gradually increasing the power of the device. The result should be a lush, stable foam.

All the same can be done with a simple hand mixer.

When the whites are already beaten enough, we begin to gradually add granulated sugar, while we do not turn off the mixer. Beat until a glossy, snow-white, strong foam forms. When adding sugar, you can also add a little vanillin (vanilla extract) for even more flavor and taste.

Now the flour. Be sure to sift it into a separate bowl and gradually introduce it into the dough. You can mix it simply with a spatula (usually they say it so correctly so that the protein mass does not lose its airiness, but you can also use a mixer (at minimum speed), I tried this and that - and I did not find much difference !!!

After adding all the flour, you will get a pouring, homogeneous, shiny dough. In consistency, it will be the same airy as the classic biscuit.

We transfer it to a pastry bag or a regular bag and cut off the tip, and place the round blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat. We make gaps between the cookies, because it will "grow" a little during the baking process.

We put a baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for literally 15 minutes, until golden brown.

The finished biscuits will easily come off the baking sheet. Let it cool down a bit and serve it with tea, coffee, milk, compote or your other favorite drinks.
