A very beautiful and aromatic, truly summer dessert with strawberries without baking. It turns out to be tender and very tasty. The slight sourness of sour cream perfectly sets off the bright taste and aroma of strawberries.
This dessert is prepared very simply and without baking. It is light and refreshing and is great for treating guests and households on a hot summer day.

This strawberry jelly dessert can be prepared in a large form and then cut into portions. Or you can cook it in portions by pouring sour cream and strawberry jelly into bowls, glasses or glasses.
On the table, such a dessert without baking will look bright and tempting, and everyone will like its taste.

Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 500 ml
  • water - 300 ml + 80 ml
  • strawberries - 400 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • strawberry jelly - 90 g (1 pack)
  • gelatin - 20 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 1 packet of strawberry jelly for 400 ml of water into a bowl. We pour not 400, but 300 ml of water at room temperature to it. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell for 10 minutes.

2. In the meantime, we take 400 g of strawberries, wash, cut off the tails and cut them into quarters.

3. To make the dessert better out of the mold, grease the mold itself with vegetable oil.
The size of my form is 24.5 by 11 cm. Put chopped strawberries in the prepared form.

4. The gelatin in strawberry jelly is already swollen, dissolve it in the microwave or over low heat, stirring constantly. The jelly does not need to be brought to a very hot state; it is enough to warm it up a little. Pour the prepared jelly into the strawberries in the form.

5. We put everything in the refrigerator to freeze.

6. The jelly with strawberries is frozen, we are preparing the next, sour cream, layer.
Pour 20 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 80 ml of water. Mix everything and leave for 10 minutes to swell the gelatin.

7. Pour 500 ml of sour cream into a separate bowl. I use 20% sour cream, but you can take any fat content.
Add 80 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract. Mix everything until smooth.

8. The gelatin is already swollen, we heat it in the microwave to about 50 degrees.

9. Add 2-3 tbsp to the dissolved gelatin. l. sour cream mixture and mix.

10. Pour gelatin with sour cream into sour cream in several approaches, stirring thoroughly each time. So that the mass does not freeze very quickly and gelatinous lumps do not appear, it is advisable to get the sour cream out of the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up a little.

11. Pour the sour cream onto the frozen strawberry layer. We carefully align everything in the form and put it in the refrigerator to freeze again.

12. The dessert is already frozen. To get it out of the mold, lower the mold with dessert in hot water for 10-15 seconds. On the sides, I still walked with a thin knife, since the hot water did not reach the very top.

13. Place the dish on top and turn it over. Dessert will slowly start to move out of shape. If this does not happen, then immerse the mold in hot water again.
Dessert is ready, you can serve it on the table.

The dessert with strawberries and sour cream is very tasty and aromatic. The very thing for summer days. It is prepared simply and from the available products. Also, such a dessert can be prepared in portions in bowls, only first you need to pour the sour cream layer, and then make a strawberry one.
