This salad is prepared very simply and quickly. Chicken fillet in a salad can be replaced with any other ready-made meat. As a dressing, you can use not only sour cream, but also thick salad yogurt or mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- baked chicken fillet (boiled) - 300 g
- cucumbers - 300 g
- canned corn - 1 can
- cheese - 150 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients for the salad.
Cut 2 medium-sized cucumbers in half and cut into quarters.
Chop a bunch of parsley. Parsley can be substituted with other herbs such as dill or green onions.
2. First, cut one baked chicken breast, weighing 400 g, into plates, and then cut the plates into small cubes.
150 g of cheese three on a coarse grater.
3. Put chopped cucumbers, prepared meat, 1 can of canned corn, chopped parsley and grated cheese into a bowl. Salt a little and pepper with black pepper. Season the salad with 2 tbsp. sour cream. Mix everything well. You can also dress the salad with mayonnaise or thick salad yogurt.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
