Fragrant and amazingly tasty pickled tomatoes are obtained according to this recipe. They are great as an appetizer for side dishes and meat for every day.
And you can also serve such a spicy appetizer on a festive table. Small pickled cherry tomatoes in greenery look very appetizing and bright on the table. They remain dense, are moderately sour, with a pungent aroma of garlic and herbs. They are especially good for any grilled meat and barbecue in particular. For country gatherings, this is exactly what you need!
Pickled tomatoes are prepared very simply and quickly, in just a few hours. Due to their small size, cherry tomatoes pickle incredibly quickly.
You can also pickle ordinary tomatoes in this way. But then it is advisable to choose medium-sized and dense fruits of approximately the same size. In this case, you need to pickle tomatoes for about a day or even a little longer.

Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 kg
- parsley - bunch
- dill - bunch
- vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1 tbsp. l. without slide
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l. without slide
- garlic - 4 cloves
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp l.
Step by step recipe
1. Wash 1 kg of cherry tomatoes and on each tomato we make 2 cuts crosswise to about half of the tomato.
2. Cooking the marinade.
Chop a bunch of parsley with a knife.
Finely chop a bunch of dill in the same way.
3. Pour 1 tablespoon into a bowl. without a slide of salt, 1 tbsp. without a slide of sugar. Add about 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper. Pour 2 tbsp. vinegar. I use apple cider, but you can also use 9% tablespoon. Pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
4. Here we squeeze 4 garlic cloves through a press. Mix everything until smooth.
Put chopped parsley and dill in this mixture. We mix everything.
5. Put about half of the prepared tomatoes in a saucepan. We spread part of the marinade with herbs on them. Put the tomatoes again. And the remaining marinade. Gently mix everything with a spoon so that the marinade is better distributed over the tomatoes.
6. Cover the saucepan with a lid and set the tomatoes to infuse for at least 2-3 hours. After a while, it is advisable to stir the tomatoes one more time so that everything is better and more evenly marinated.
The cherry tomato appetizer turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. She's great for the summer. It is easy to prepare and always succeed.
