I always read the comments here and in the outdoor world, about how you can lose weight with so many carbs. My question - with what this is, of course, should not be the answer.
It's just that people form a very long time the opinion under the influence of TV, non-professional trainers and "do not know really what" that enemy of carbohydrates for weight loss. That's all. At this point. And no one even wants to improve, improve their knowledge and, at the same time, trying to be smart.
And I understand that there is still, for many people BZHU acronym - it is something from outer space. A division of carbohydrates into simple and complex / fast and slow and their impact on our body - do not understand the story.
✅Davayte start with the fact that when there is a sharp deficit of carbohydrates, the body immediately responds:

The norm of carbohydrates per day for weight loss - 40-50% of the calories (and it should be mainly complex carbohydrates). Protein - 25-35%. Fat - 25-30%.

I have breakfast at 400 kcal.

Today I spent the whole day working on the computer. Break made only to go to the store for fresh cheese - will OkoloPP oven apple pie for himself and his family, and somebody else, do not know chto😂.
Undershot 20 g chocolate 75% - 100 kcal with green tea. True photo in a hurry did not. Well, I think chocolate is not photographed, huh?
At lunch, unfortunately, the latter platter cheese soup (350 g) and 3 rolls cucumber, cheese and curd salted fish.
I get dinner on 400 kcal.
And after dinner a little work, I went to the kitchen to prepare food for several days himself and his family. Today cooking hedgehogs - for a family of pig-minced chicken with rice and Statement of minced chicken with bulgur. And that was not the question of why such hedgehogs themselves, but for other family, say - because the family loves it with pork and rice, and bulgur do not really like everyone but me (with the exception of bulgur with vegetables in my recipe, here it is eaten all).
And I baked an apple pie in the curd test.

So it's time for dinner.
At dinner - hedgehogs chicken (220 g) in a domestic spoon adzhika - 250 kcal.
The result was a day 1200 kcal.
As always of drinks only green tea (Now add in his sea-buckthorn) and boiled water.
