Ingredients: For panna cotta:, - cream 33%, - milk, - sugar, - gelatin (I have instant), - water for gelatin, - vanilla, For strawberry sauce:, - strawberry puree, - sugar, - corn starch
Cooking method:
First of all, we prepare panna cotta. Soak gelatin in cold water and leave to swell. Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla, and bring to a boil in a saucepan (stewpan). We take it off the fire. Let the creamy mass cool slightly, and add the soaked gelatin into it. We stir. And pour into glasses. Let cool and freeze (in the cold).
For the strawberry sauce: Place the puree in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix sugar with starch, and add it to the puree. Whisking constantly, bring the puree to a boil. Let it boil and thicken for 3 minutes. And take it off the fire. Cool slightly and pour over the frozen panna cotta. And again in the cold.
