Generally, chicken bouillon is useful in itself. As you know, it is recommended even in the postoperative menu. But today we are not talking about such serious illnesses. And carrots are very vitamin-rich vegetables.
So today the broth with NOT banal noodles for a light lunch.
What you need:
* chicken broth from one drumstick
* quail eggs - 2-3 pieces
* potatoes - 1 piece
* carrots - 1 piece
* flour - 3-4 tablespoons

Cooking: rub the carrots on a fine grater 👇
Chicken separate from the bone and tear into strips. Have carrots wring out juice 👇
Eggs mix with carrot juice and pour in into flour 👇
Knead tight dough and give it a little "rest" 👇
Dough roll out as thin as possible and cut thin strips (I cut part of it into triangles on Beshbarmak) 👇
Potatoes rub on a coarse grater and we wash from starch 2-3 times 👇
Chicken and squeezed carrots lightly pass in vegetable oil 👇
Into broth add grated potatoes, carrots with chicken, boil 15 minutes, put noodles and cook another 4-5 minutes.
