Refreshing berry-fruit mixture "Hot Summer"

Heat is already a symbol of 2021! We are as cool as we can and we do not care about any weather. Making a delicious cool mix.

Ingredients:

1. Raspberries - a handful

2. Honeysuckle - 1 tablespoon of berries (without it)

3. Currants - 1 tablespoon of berries

4. Banana - 1 piece

5. Date - 3 pieces

6. Water - half a glass (or juice)

Preparation

Gathered berries, bought fruit. We put currants and raspberries in the freezer overnight to give this "refreshing" effect to our summer breakfast.

In the morning, we prepared bananas and dates (washed, removed all unnecessary), put the pulp in a blender container, added honeysuckle, frozen currants and raspberries. Topped up with some cool water or any favorite juice. Beat everything together for about a minute until smooth.

We put our yummy in a cup (ideally, use wooden dishes) and enjoy a sweet-sour cool berry-fruit dessert. Bon appetit, friends! :)
