Salad "daily", I cook constantly and does not get bored: 2 options for dressing
Today I want to share a recipe for the "Daily" salad from Peking cabbage and tomato. This is a very tasty salad for every day, I will show you 2 options for dressing, the choice is yours.

Recipe:
Chinese cabbage -200g
tomatoes -2pcs
garlic -2 tooth
hard cheese -50g
For refueling No. 1:
vegetable oil -150ml
egg -1pc
mustard -1 / 2 tsp
salt -1 / 2 tsp lsh.
sugar -1 / 3 tsp
lemon juice -1 tsp
For refueling No. 2:
hemp oil -2 tbsp
Hemp kernels -1-2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
We take Chinese cabbage, cut it into strips, remember a little cabbage, but not much, only slightly, so it will be softer and juicier.
I have about 200 grams of cabbage, cut 2 fresh tomatoes into slices and add to the cabbage, rub cheese on a coarse grater 50 grams (by the way, if there is no cheese, you can not add it) add to vegetables and add garlic, passed through a press for garlic.
The first dressing option is mayonnaise. I cook homemade. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg, beat, now add mustard and lemon juice, and sugar and salt, break through with a blender again.
Season with mayonnaise and stir. Salad ready.
The second option is filled with hemp oil and sprinkled with hemp kernels. Salt to taste.
By the way, instead of garlic, you can add green onions.
The salad is ready, served for dinner or lunch.
