There are a great many chicken recipes, but children (forever!) Are drawn to completely unhealthy food from fast food establishments. Although why not at all useful? Well, yes, breaded and deep-fried chicken does not reach the category of "proper nutrition", but, in fact, there is nothing terrible or terrible in it.
Moreover, it is easy to repeat it at home.
Since we will not use crackers to create a "shell" on the chicken, the chicken will not be able to soak up the oil especially.
We take:
• About a pound of poultry meat - breast fillets or thigh fillets. I like hips better
• 500 milliliters of buttermilk, ayran or kefir - whatever you like to use for the marinade
• 200 grams of flour
• A teaspoon of paprika, salt, black and red pepper, you can - dry garlic
• Vegetable oil for deep fat
How we cook:
Mix all the spices and salt.
Wash the chicken itself, dry it with a towel and thoroughly coat it with spices, rubbing it with crayfish directly - so that they are better absorbed. I almost forgot - about a spoonful of spices should be left for breading.
Now pour the spiced chicken with buttermilk or kefir, or ayran and send it to the refrigerator for six hours - marinate and saturate with moisture.
As soon as the time is right, turn on the deep fryer, and mix the flour with the left spoonful of spices.
Put the chicken in parts on flour, roll and send to fry.
In parts - because the breading should not get wet, so we roll no more meat at a time than is acceptable for a deep fat fryer.
