What could be more familiar than cutlets?

Everywhere and always the recipe is almost the same - minced meat, soaked bread or crackers, spices... There are very few variations. Someone adds a whole egg, someone - only the yolk, someone - only white. Someone adds bell peppers, and someone tomatoes (directly into the minced meat).

In cutlets, the main thing is not the recipe, but the result - to feed everyone and so that everyone is tasty. And to make it tasty, I propose a new recipe - mustard cutlets!

Mustard, not because the loaf is "mustard" in them, but because mustard is used.

We take:

  • Several slices of stale bread without crusts
  • A little milk (soak the bread)
  • Minced meat - whatever you like better - 800 grams, or you can even the whole kilogram (you can warm cutlets and so it will turn out to be filonite. inform the family, they say, there is food in the refrigerator, step by step to get it for themselves)
  • A couple of eggs
  • Bunch of parsley
  • Three tablespoons of grain mustard (not dry grains, but ready-made mustard seasoning with seeds)
  • Nice juicy onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How we cook:

We take minced meat, salt it, add grain mustard, pepper, mix everything well and send it to the refrigerator for an hour and a half.

When the minced meat is marinated, soak the bread, squeeze, add to the minced meat and knead.

We cut the onion - who is smaller, who is larger, it does not matter here. the main thing is not a quarter and obviously not in half rings - we add it to the minced meat.

Stir in the minced onion.

Next, beat the eggs and again, add to the minced meat - knead and beat on the table

Then we form patties and put them on a greased baking sheet or wire rack.

And - in the oven.

Cook at 225 ° C for 15 minutes, then turn over and 10 more.
