I'll tell you about my Saturday menu.

Breakfast curd-apple fritters (200 g) of green tea. The result was a very tasty breakfast 300 kcal.

And a hearty and enough calories for breakfast, even I usually allocate for breakfast more calories.

Before dinner, I decided to take a little walk, though cool at home and on the street, but it is necessary to breathe the fresh air and the steps necessary to walk too. And I came up with myself, that for a long time the bread is not baked, an urgent need to go to the store and buy fermented baked milk - bake bread wholemeal useful.

A dinner for me today at all ideal for losing weight.

Chicken pastrami (180 g) and vegetable salad (tomato - 80 g, cucumber - 160 g), filled with 10% sour cream with herbs and garlic.
