Chicken hearts in cream sauce

Try to cook and you will not regret! And furthermore, it is not expensive! Hearts go out tender and sauce is great like any garnish.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken hearts -800 gr.

-4-5 tablespoons sour cream (200g)

Onion -2 pcs.

-1-2st.l flour.

Water -400ml.

Garlic -3-4zub.

-4 tablespoons vegetable oil

-1 teaspoon salt

Sweet pepper - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Bay leaf -2pieces.

COOKING METHOD

Chicken hearts cut off my excess fat cut into 2 or 4 parts.

Weight chicken hearts I have 800 grams. 2 onions cut into cubes. The pan pour vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp, put the onion and fry until translucent.

Add the hearts and stir fry until the liquid evaporation time takes 10-15 minutes.

Now, when the liquid is completely vaporized, add 1 teaspoon salt incomplete, bay leaf, fill with water so that the concealed hearts.

Cover with lid and simmer over medium heat until tender hearts time takes about 30-40 minutes. 1 tablespoon flour mixed with a little water, pour into prepared hearts and stir. Add the sour cream 4-5 tablespoons and stir.

Adjust the thickness to your taste, I do not like too thick gravy, so I have enough 1 tbsp flour, if you want thick, you can add more. Add 3-4 cloves of garlic, spices to taste my black pepper and sweet paprika. Add the greens and remove from heat.
