So you haven't cooked fish yet!

Ingredients:

1 large fish carcass (gilthead, flounder, carp, sea bass)
carrot
onion
5 tomatoes
red bell pepper
hot pepper pod
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
greens (bunch of parsley)
1 hour l. ground paprika
2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
0.5 glass of water or fish (vegetable) broth
10 pcs. olives and olives (with seeds possible)
5 tbsp. olive oil
salt

How to cook:

1. Fish to clean from scales, gut, remove gills and fins. Leave the head and tail. Wash and dry with napkins.

2. Cut tomatoes, onions, garlic, sweet and hot peppers into small cubes.

3. Heat the fish carcass to a crust on both sides in a multicooker bowl. Frying mode. Place fish on a plate, cover or large bowl.

4. Now it's the turn of carrots and onions. Pour into a bowl and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add peppers and chopped garlic. Pour in water and simmer, covered for another 5 minutes.

5. Put tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped parsley and seasonings into a slow cooker. Pour in lemon juice. Set the "Extinguishing" mode for 15 minutes.

6. Open the lid of the multicooker and place the fried fish directly on the vegetable pillow.
Sprinkle with whole olives and olives. Close the appliance lid, set the "Bake" or "Bake" mode for 30 minutes.

7. After the signal from the multicooker, leave in heating mode until serving.
