Custard crispy with bubbles

Ingredients:

1 glass of water
0.5 kg flour
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
egg
0.5 tsp l. salt

Preparation:

1. Pour water and vegetable oil into a saucepan. Add salt and boil.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl. Pour boiling water and butter into the flour in a thin stream and stir very quickly so that the flour is brewed, not cooked. Cool down.
3. Break an egg into a warm mixture. Start kneading the dough with your hands in a bowl, then on the table.
4. Cover the dough with a large bowl or towel and rest for 30 minutes. Done!

The most bubbly on vodka

Ingredients:

200 ml of water
1 tbsp. l. vodka
450 gr. flour
60 ml vegetable oil
egg
a pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Pour warm water, vegetable oil and vodka into a bowl. Break an egg there and add salt. Beat everything thoroughly.
2. Sift the flour directly into the bowl of liquid and knead the dough with a spoon.
3. Knead the dough with sciences on the table. Cover the soft and elastic mass of the dough with cling film and leave for 40 minutes.

Crispy on mineral water

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour
1 glass of mineral water (highly carbonated)
0.5 tsp l. salt
0.5 tsp l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Pour salt, sugar and sifted flour into a cup.
2. Pour the mineral water on top. Since it is with gases, a strong foam appears when it comes into contact with food. Start stirring gently and it disappears quickly.
3. Pour in vegetable oil and continue kneading the dough with your hands from the inside.
Set aside the finished dough to rest while the filling is being prepared. But no longer than 1 hour.
