One of my favorite desserts. A very simple recipe. Whoever sees how I cook it does not believe that something will work out. And it turns out a very tasty cake! It is like a cake with shortbread cakes and delicious cream. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. Delicious and tasty. And preparing is simple, simple.

HOW TO COOK:

In a bowl, I mix all the dry ingredients. A glass of semolina, a glass of sifted flour, a glass of sugar, baking powder and vanillin. I add sugar a little less than a glass. Baking powder can be replaced with baking soda. I mix everything well.

Grease a suitable form with oil and pour in a part of the dough (about a third part).

Now strawberries. I washed it thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. I spread it and distribute it evenly.

And I spread the remaining dough on the strawberries. It remains to grate butter on top and put in the oven.

Of course, you can make two layers of only apples or just strawberries, you can cook with cherries, raspberries, plums or other fruits or berries.

It is very important here that the fruits are juicy and, preferably, sour. Sour filling goes well with sweet dough! If suddenly the fruits and berries are not very juicy, then it is better to pour the cake with a small amount of milk before baking. But I usually don't, I just choose juicy fruits and berries!

I put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then I let the cake cool well and only then I take it out of the mold. This is delicious! And it's very simple!

RECIPE:

• Wheat flour - 1 stack.
• Semolina - 1 stack.
• Sugar - 1 stack. (I take incomplete)
• Baking powder - 2 tsp. (or soda - 1 tsp. l.)
• Butter -100 g
• Apple (medium size) - 2 pcs.
• Strawberries - 300-350 g
• Vanillin - 1 g
