I serve it to the soup, and add it to salads, and you can just crunch it)) My youngest especially loves such croutons. I cook with different spices. And it always turns out delicious!
HOW TO COOK:
To make the croutons really crispy, I cut the loaf very thinly. The slices should be no thicker than 5 mm. Here I have a baguette with onions (croutons from such bread are especially aromatic)
I'll also take a sesame bun today. I cut it just as thinly.
I spread the slices of bread on a baking sheet in one layer. And I'm preparing a dressing. To do this, I mix olive oil and spices (today I took aromatic herbs, paprika and black pepper). I'm mixing it all up. You can take any oil. And spices to taste too. But I recommend paprika - it gives a beautiful color and a special taste.
I grease each slice of bread with this dressing.
And put the baking sheet in the oven for 3-4 minutes. I preheated the oven to 180 degrees.
I added green salt to the dressing for toast with onions (it turns out very fragrant)!
The croutons are very crispy! Delicious and aromatic!
