0.5 kg of chicken cut into small pieces.
The remaining 0.5 kg of a meat grinder kink fillet.
Also at 300 grams grinder twist any fat cottage cheese.
Cooking saute. 2 onions cut into cubes.
2 carrots three on a fine grater.
First, on a heated pan with a little oil and put onion passeruem until golden. Then add to it shredded carrots and passeruem another 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl mix the minced meat twisted in a meat grinder, and cottage cheese. To these are added paserovannye vegetables, 2 tbsp. l. bran or breadcrumbs (also can be soaked bread in water or milk and squeeze). This also break 1 egg, all the salt and pepper to taste. All mix well.
The blended mass is added the rest of the chopped meat.
Grease a baking dish with butter. The prepared meat mixture form spread. my form size 26cm * 16cm
We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake about 40 minutes.
After 40 min. grease a casserole with tomato sauce on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
