Very tasty! And very beautiful! I love cakes without baking. Such recipes are especially helpful in the heat, when there is absolutely no desire to stand at the stove. But you want something sweet)) For lovers of everything chocolate - a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake without baking.

HOW TO COOK:

Grinding cookies. Better to take something like crackers - then it remains crispy. But, of course, you can take any cookie. The main thing is that it is tasty. Here's a crumb like this:

I chop the nuts with a knife, and also cut white chocolate into pieces. White chocolate is an optional ingredient, you can do it without it. But I always add - the taste of the cake is more interesting with it.

I also grind dark chocolate with a knife and put it in a separate container.

In a saucepan I combine butter and cream (I take 10% cream). You can replace the cream with milk, but then you need to take a little more butter. I bring it to a boil and immediately pour the dark chocolate with this mixture.

Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Then the chocolate mixture must be cooled to room temperature.

Put pieces of cookies and nuts into the cooled chocolate mixture. I stir it. And here I add white chocolate. Mix again.

I cover ANY suitable container with cling film from the inside. I take a regular deep bowl. I most often cook such a cake in the country, but there I have no special dishes for cakes. I spread the chocolate "dough", level it with a spatula and put it in the refrigerator to harden. I usually leave it in the refrigerator for three hours.

When it hardens, you can get it out of the mold. This is very easy to do. You just need to grab the edge of the film and the cake will "jump out" onto the plate.

Decorate with cocoa powder and berries.

And that's it! You can help yourself. Try it. The cake is somewhat similar to the recipe for chocolate sausage, but only externally. The taste is completely different! The cake is moderately sweet with a creamy taste and nuts. And "super chocolate"! You can, if you wish, add prunes or cherries to the cake - it also turns out very tasty.
