Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Today we can say the weather is hot. The first such Springtime, when you want to just swim and sunbathe here.

I even put off the job in the second half of the day, I got up early to have breakfast and go hiking, nashagat steps.

For breakfast, I have a sandwich on whole grain bread (30 g) with fish paste (40 g) and cottage cheese and apple strudel (150 g) with green tea.

At breakfast, I drink vitamins. Soon it will start drinking omega-3, I passed a month break.

For breakfast, I got 345 kcal.

Well, after breakfast, I go hiking. Especially since there is reason to even walk my new fitness bracelet. A year has passed my struggle with being overweight and now, finally, I have it! Hurrah! Thank you for the gift of her husband!

Another reason to get up early and go to walk, pedal or run.

This morning took place 7 km from the small nashagala 10,500 steps.

And the whole day measured out 30 g of rye bran.

Snack together with bran turned on 155 kcal.

Apples ate walking in the woods. Well vodichku carry with me. The rate of drinking water is necessary.

I returned home almost time for dinner.

On the last meal was meatball soup (400 g) of carrots - loin (40g) and rye bread.

Sometime after dinner, I drank green tea with 50 g of cottage cheese and apple strudel (all that remains, alas - 50 g).

Lunch turned on 380 kcal.

Well, until the evening sat down to work.

For dinner I had a salad: chicken breast, non-stick frying pan fried without oil (120 g), tomato (130 g) Cucumber (60 g), Chinese cabbage (30 g), seasoned soft cheese (40 g).

The remaining soft cheese finished her hour for 3 to sleep.

Total dinner turned 225 kcal.

And again on the evening I prepared my cheese roll. Of course, and she did not resist and tried about 100 grams, the more I have a lot of discretionary calories remain.

100 g of green tea roll - 100 kcal.

All in all, the day I got 1205 kcal. Drunk water norm. Nashagala more than 10 000 steps.
