The cake without baking comes from childhood. Many people probably remember this once popular cake made from waffle cakes, which our mothers prepared for all the holidays.
It is prepared very simply and quickly, even a child can handle it. It always turns out delicious and everyone likes it. For this no-bake waffle cake, it is very important to choose high-quality butter and condensed milk. And, of course, give him time to soak well.

This cake can be prepared for every day for home tea drinking or for a quiet family celebration.

Ingredients:

  • wafer cakes - 9 pcs.
  • butter - 200 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 400 ml
  • white chocolate - 100 g
  • walnuts - 30 g
  • milk - 20 ml

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the cream.
Take 200 g of soft butter, cut into pieces and put it in a bowl. Beat butter with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes until white.

2. Add one 400 gram can of boiled condensed milk to the whipped butter in 2 approaches. After each, beat well with a mixer. Take condensed milk of high quality, which contains only two ingredients: milk and sugar.


The cream is ready.

3. We fold the cake.
Put the waffle crust and grease it with the prepared cream. The layer of cream should be thin enough. In order to remove excess cream, it is convenient to use a culinary spatula. Put the waffle cake on the cake with cream again and grease it again with cream. This is how we fold the whole cake.
For this cake, I needed 9 wafer cakes with a diameter of 22 cm.

4. Cover the finished cake with a board and put a small load. So we leave the cake to infuse at room temperature so that it evens out and is well saturated. I have a cake in this form stood the night.

7. Cut 30 g of walnuts into small pieces with a knife.

Cut the finished cake into portions and serve.
