I would like to bring to your attention another recipe, which was the result of my experiments on the adaptation of the favorite dishes in okoloPP - PP recipe Laghman.

We need:
- 2 medium chicken breasts - 450 g,
- 3 small potatoes - 270 g,
- 1 paprika - 120 g,
- small carrots - 100 g,
- 1 medium onion - 70 g
- 3 cloves of garlic - 20 g
- teaspoon tomato paste - 25-30 g,
- adjika home in the presence of,
- a pinch of cumin and coriander,
- red hot pepper, black pepper, salt, a pair of leaflets lavrushki 4-5 peas allspice.
- 5 g of olive oil,
- 10 g of butter,
- noodles for Laghman,
- 1.5 liters of water.

It's simple enough.
Prepare all the vegetables and cut into strips, onion and garlic - finely chop. Chicken breasts cut into small plates.
Take a deep sauté pan and begin to fry on a drop of olive oil and garlic.
Along the way, the process went quickly fry the onions and carrots.
Fry the garlic, add to it the chicken breast and fry until lightly golden brown. Chicken breast, salt, pepper and add a pinch of cumin and coriander.
By fried chicken breast add pepper, tomato and fried onions have a carrot. Adding a teaspoon tomato paste and adzhika (if any). Fry until half cooked vegetables (Vodicka excess should evaporate).
Next add the potatoes in a saucepan and fill of 1.5 liters of water.

Cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
Separately boil in salted water for noodles lagman rate of about 50 grams dry per serving. I bought a ready-made noodles for Laghman of durum wheat.
When serving in a bowl put the noodles and pour a thick broth, sprinkle with your favorite greens.
