This recipe is prepared according to the Semifredo principle, so it does not require an ice cream maker when freezing.

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM RECIPE
- In a bowl, combine eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, zest, and orange juice.
- Place the bowl in a water bath.
- While stirring, heat the mass to 72 ° C (for a finger - to a very hot state).
- Strain and place the bowl in cold water or ice.
- Beat the mixture immediately until it cools.
- Then whisk the cream until fluffy and stir in the cooled orange paste.
Spread out future ice cream into a suitable shape and place in the freezer. You do not need to stir it during the freezing process.
Large ice crystals do not form, and small ones still cannot be eliminated.
