Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Today for breakfast I have a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with clotted cream, as a substitute for oil (10 g), and fish paste (35 g) and rye bread with squash caviar (35 g).
Green tea with jasmine, Vitaminka and a capsule of omega-3 - and I'm ready for a new day.
Breakfast came on 270 kcal.
Hopefully today (Friday) will be my last working day and at the weekend I do not remember about the job and devote all the time to his family.
All that was in my power I have to do this, the computer did not leave even for a moment, even the snack was held in an embrace with a laptop.
A snack on my green tea with chocolate 75% (20g) and fruits: kiwi (90 g) and apple (120g). Snack brought 200 kcal.
Today, I got distracted from work literally 15 minutes to knead the dough and bake homemade whole grain bread... for a long time I did not bake bread. = Minimum number of ingredients and tastier bread. Only 15 minutes spent, and what flavor the whole apartment and delicious fresh bread with a crispy crust and tender flesh is ready.

And for lunch I had a plate of rassolnik on chicken breast (450 g) with a dollop of sour cream (about 20 g) and home hlebushek (both resist and do not try that at home the aroma of fresh bread?). Bread ate about 60 grams, a bit too much for one day, but if you look carbohydrates, even a shortage of mine.
Lunch up 340 kcal.
For dinner I Mexican mixture (150 g), extinguished and non-stick frying chicken breast fried in the same pan without oil (about 200 g raw) - 340 kcal.
Soft cheese I had left to eat for several hours before bedtime - 120 kcal.
Total for the day, my body has 1270 calories. Norm water not quite mastered.
But in the evening to allow time for workouts at home, once on a walk in the cold and rainy weather, no one wanted. And do not forget about the procedures for the skin.
